## What We Do

We deliver office interior projects in Central London across five core service areas:

We Design — Office interior space planning and design services, including test-fit feasibility, concept design and full technical construction design. We use 2D AutoCAD and 3D visualisation tools.

We Build — Office interior fit-out, refurbishment and retrofit, covering flooring, partitioning, ceilings, lighting, decoration, joinery and all associated building works. We act as principal contractor.

We Furnish — Supply, delivery and installation of office furniture, seating and storage, including workstations, task seating, meeting and reception furniture and ancillary items.

We Support — Office interior alterations and minor works, including partitioning changes, floorbox moves, furniture reconfiguration and layout change planning and execution. Suitable for ongoing workplace support requirements.

We Manage — Office interior project management and consulting, for clients who require independent oversight, programme management, or strategic advice on their interior projects.

We can deliver any combination of the above services, tailored to each client's unique brief.

## Where We Work

We operate throughout the Zone 1 travel area of Central London, including but not limited to: St James's, Mayfair, West End, Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Holborn, the City of London, Clerkenwell, Camden and Southwark.

## Project Scale

We typically deliver office interior projects in spaces of between 1,000 and 10,000 square feet. This may represent an entire floor or building, or a specific area within a larger workspace.
