Additional work is costed and completed upon request. Our overarching aim is to provide scope- and cost-certainty and, of course, to deliver excellent interior work and excellent value for money. Sometimes, in initial discussions, it is possible to provide estimates of likely office interior project costs, either on a per item, or per sq ft/m basis. However, such estimates should only ever be seen as high-level, early-stage guidance, strictly subject to development and confirmation.
